• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You may connect third-party accounts (TikTok, YouTube, etc.) to enhance your experience.

4. Content Ownership & Licensing

• Artists retain full ownership of their original music and content.
• By uploading content, you grant L.O.A.F. LIFE a non-exclusive license to display, host, and promote your content on the Platform.
• You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to all content you upload.
• You agree not to upload content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights.

5. Third-Party Integrations

The Platform integrates with third-party services including but not limited to:

• TikTok: For social login, displaying follower/engagement metrics, and sharing content.
• YouTube: For channel analytics and video performance tracking.
• Stripe: For payment processing and subscriptions.
• AWS: For secure file storage and content delivery.

Use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service.

6. Payments & Subscriptions

• Artist subscriptions are billed monthly at the stated rate.
• Payments for music purchases are processed securely through Stripe.
• Artists receive payouts according to our payment schedule.
• All sales are final unless otherwise required by law.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on others' rights.
• Use the Platform for fraudulent or deceptive purposes.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other users' accounts.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation.
• Use automated tools to scrape or collect data from the Platform.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, L.O.A.F. LIFE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
